I'm Seena Sajadieh — an experienced soccer coach and finishing specialist who helps strikers develop the technique, composure, and killer instinct to put away their chances when it matters most.
The difference between a shot and a finish is mental. Most have the technique. The question is whether they can access it under pressure — when the crowd is loud, the defender is closing, and the moment feels too big.
My background in Psychology, studied at UC Berkeley, combined with years of coaching experience building successful teams means I don't just teach players how to strike a ball. I train them to be composed in the box, to make decisions faster, and to trust their preparation when it counts.
The foundation of everything. Building a growth mindset that embraces misses as learning, demands accountability, and fuels the hunger to keep attacking the next opportunity.
Reading the goalkeeper. Recognizing space before it opens. Choosing placement over power. Making the right decision in a fraction of a second — before the ball even arrives.
The mental skill that separates good strikers from great ones. Slowing the game down internally while everything around you speeds up. This is trainable.
One-touch finishes, volleys, placement vs. power, finishing off both feet, composure in 1v1s with the keeper. Real technique work — not just "shoot at the goal."
The runs that create the chance. Near post, back post, checking shoulder, timing the run to stay onside. The finish starts way before the final strike.
Pre-shot routines, visualization, managing the pressure of a scoring opportunity, building the confidence to bounce back after a miss. Psychology-informed, not guesswork.
Every session is filmed. You'll receive your footage to review on your own, and we'll break it down together — analyzing positioning, technique, and decision-making frame by frame. Awareness accelerates development faster than repetition alone.
